End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

CodeBrick grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the software
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the software
  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of CodeBrick

3. Intellectual Property

The software and all worldwide copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of CodeBrick. CodeBrick reserves all rights in and to the software not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

4. Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions provided by you to CodeBrick with respect to the software shall remain the sole and exclusive property of CodeBrick.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CODEBRICK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
