License Agreement

License Types

CodeBrick offers the following license types:

• Individual License: For single developers working on personal or commercial projects
• Team License: For teams of up to 10 developers
• Enterprise License: For organizations with unlimited developers and advanced features

Permitted Use

Your license permits you to:

• Install and use CodeBrick on devices according to your license type
• Use CodeBrick for commercial and non-commercial projects
• Receive updates and support during your subscription period
• Access all features included in your license tier

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your license with users beyond your licensed count
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell CodeBrick
• Remove or modify any license management features
• Use CodeBrick to develop competing products

Subscription Terms

CodeBrick licenses are subscription-based. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

License Transfer

Individual licenses may be transferred to another user with written approval from CodeBrick. Team and Enterprise licenses are non-transferable but allow reassignment of seats within the licensed organization.

Compliance Audits

CodeBrick reserves the right to audit your use of the software to ensure compliance with this license agreement. You agree to cooperate with such audits and provide necessary documentation.
